1. Service Commitment
We deliver photography and cinematography services as per the scope discussed.
Delivery timelines will be maintained unless delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Content Ownership
Copyright of all media remains with PurePicturesandFilms.
We may use your photos/videos for our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate event details and ensure coordination on the event day.
Notify us at least 48 hours before for any changes in timing/location.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Legal
Any disputes will be governed by Indian jurisdiction.
💸 Refund & Booking Policy
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Within 7 days of booking: Full refund
8–30 days before event: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before event: No refund
3. Date Postponement
Rescheduling is allowed based on our availability if informed at least 15 days prior.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
